  Manitoba Ombudsman has released a report about alleged partisan action in the Manitoba civil service.

  Manitoba Ombudsman has posted 15 new investigation reports on its website, five under The Ombudsman Act and ten under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).

• 2012 Annual Report under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and The Personal Health Information Act – Jun 4, 2013
  Acting Manitoba Ombudsman Mel Holley has released the Ombudsman's Annual Report under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and The Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) for the calendar year 2012. The report provides an overview of the activities, investigations, and audits of the office's Access and Privacy Division.
  
• 2012 Annual Report under The Ombudsman Act and The Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblower Protection) Act – May 30, 2013
  Acting Manitoba Ombudsman Mel Holley has released the Ombudsman's Annual Report under The Ombudsman Act and The Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblower Protection) Act (PIDA) for the calendar year 2012. Also included is a supplementary report under section 16.1 of The Ombudsman Act. Section 16.1(1) describes that the Ombudsman must monitor the implementation of recommendations contained in the reports provided to the Ombudsman by the Children’s Advocate under section 8.2.3 of The Child and Family Services Act.
